Learning, Education, Opportunity

Recently I have met all my old friends. One the "VITB group" and the other the "Old School Boys Group".

The friendship is interesting. The VITB boys who are gangsters and dropouts have a ratio of 7 out of 10 who are making ends meet. Most of them drive taxi. While the ones in the old school most of them completing the O levels and beyond, some having their own business, good positions in companies, lawyers and logistics managers are not only doing well they are earning well too. A statistical value of 2 out of 10 making ends meet. With a value of 8 doing exceptionally well.

Attributes of the two groups are more interesting. The VITB group have more warmth and are sincere. I analyse it as 9 out 10, have an attribute of warm sincere and value friendship by words and deeds. High EQ in their behaviour.
The old school boys, who are more of high IQ have a statistical value for sincere and warmth is a low 2 out of 10. There are more status quo, manipulators, with many political agenda in thgroup. They do help and are friendly but are more conscious of the status. BUT those earning well above average at a statistical analysis of 8 out of 10.

The possibility is that the VITB boys do not look at the core value of status or class conscious and therefore they may be seen as not ambitious BUT I do not think that it is a fact. I think it is due to the educational level opening up opportunities for them. Leading them a different path.

There are one or two of them who are successful not in terms of a better remuneration or position compared to the other group but have been able to sustain the level of consistency.

These are just assumptions and theoretically defined by elements in my equations. Although the group are all minorities, there are some indicators of elements that are clear. There is a constant in the elements of the equation. Education is an element that give, makes and creates choices for success and other elements alignments are important in an order of possible and probable cause.

I have been studying both groups for about a year and a half. It is just an analysis not fully formatted in terms of the different elements but it is one I would endorse as a near absolute.
